ZHANG Yuqian is a master’s student of the Johns Hopkins SAIS-Tsinghua Dual Degree Program, majoring in international relations and international economics. Yuqian has extensive interest in global health governance and humanitarian issues. His areas of focus include global health policy, climate change and public health, and rural development.
