Rebecca Lei Huang received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Macau. She is currently a MSc student in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interest is in social epidemiology, with special focus on the following health issues:

  • Overweight and obesity
  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • Sexually transmitted diseases
  • Well-being in migrant populations
  • Behavior and environment related interventions

 

She is also interested in the following quantitative research methods:

  • Spatial analysis
  • Network analysis
  • Regression discontinuity
  • Causal inference from cross-sectional data
