Frank, Guang-Zhe YUAN

Currently year 1 PhD student.

Frank received his bachelor degree in psychology from Shandong Normal University in 2015 and MSc in psychology at Nanjing Normal University.

I have three intersecting lines of research. The first line of my research is on resilience and negative emotional reactions in the face of extreme adversity. I aim to understand the content and process underlying some traumatic experiences and to improve survivors’ resilience and well-being. The second line is on the personal recovery of mental illness, wherein people with lived experience are encouraged and empowered to live a satisfying, hopeful, and contributing life and pursue personally meaningful goals. The third line is on longitudinal work to examine the mechanism of cyberbullying.
