Mr. Marcus Schweizer

Marcus is the Fellow for Disruptive Technology in Mental Health at the World Economic Forum and a manager in Analytics and Cognitive at Deloitte, Australia. With experience in healthcare and government sectors, he is a leader of client transformations by inspiring tech-driven teams to develop innovative strategies and develop solutions in analytics, cognitive, cloud and automation. A background in robotics engineering and start-ups, a bachelor in mechatronic engineering and computer science, and an MBA with distinction from Oxford University. Marcus’ passion for health and mental health began when caring for his brother, Dr Richard Schweizer, who lives with schizophrenia and has led him to work alongside international leaders on the globally influence project Disruptive Technology in Mental Health which aims encourage the adoption of guardrails for the safe, ethical and strategic growth of digital mental health.
